What currency are the prices shown in?

All prices listed on our website are in USD (United States Dollars).


Order Processing & Shipping

Please allow 24–48 hours for order processing and production before your order ships.

  • Average shipping time: Depending the order time (excluding holidays).

  • If you have not received tracking after 5 business days, please email us at info@goolrang.com.

Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.


Refund & Return Policy (Flowers & Custom Arrangements)

Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Fresh flowers

  • Custom bouquets

  • Event arrangements

  • Same-day delivery orders

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • Store credit

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case-by-case.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production or shipping begins.

Once:

  • Flowers are prepared

  • Arrangements are designed

  • The order has shipped

The order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Same-day and event orders are non-cancelable.


Incorrect Address Policy

If you entered an incorrect address:

  • Reply immediately to your order confirmation email.

  • Email us at info@goolrang.com within 24 hours.

We can only update addresses within 24 hours of ordering.

If the order has already been prepared or shipped:

  • We are not responsible for incorrect address submissions.

  • No refunds will be issued for incorrect addresses entered by the customer.


Delivery Policy

If no one is available at the delivery location:

  • The order may be left in a safe place when possible.

  • We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced deliveries after drop-off.

If you have delivery questions, call or text the shop directly.

Please note: Holiday hours may vary.


Shop Availability

If no one answers at the shop:

  • Call or text us for updates.

  • We may be out on deliveries or handling events.

Holiday schedules and peak days (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.) may affect response times.
