Shipping policy

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed within our daily cutoff timeframe. Orders submitted after the cutoff time will be delivered on the next available delivery date or on the future date selected at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including the correct address, apartment or unit number, gate codes, building access instructions, and any required entry details. If incorrect or incomplete information is provided and results in a failed or delayed delivery, responsibility will remain with the customer.

Photo confirmation of delivery is not automatically provided but may be requested at the time of order.
